The Chancellor, Rishi Sunak, has delivered a very unique Budget, in the midst of significant economic downturn due to the pandemic, but with hope on the horizon as the roll out of the vaccination program gathers pace.
Despite many of the Budget announcements already being leaked prior to the big day, the Chancellor still managed to include a number of surprises.
